This little cake is blend of 11 trees , processed as single trees (danzhu, 单株) from village close to Dashi Temple. High mountain village, beautiful tea garden with a lot of huge stones and forest envyroment. With the recent popularity of single trees, they selected 30+biggest trees and processed them separately. We tasted all and picked 11. For the complex taste, we blended all the tea carefully and get 9kg of beautiful pure gushu material.
