Cheng Shuang 成双 means in pairs

This cake is blend of two villages and mountain in Menghai area. Material for this cake come from old trees betwen 60-120 years, first harvest in late March. Pure hand made, pressed by stone in Menghai.

Strong, very nice aroma, full in mouth, with some bitterness, fast aftertaste. This is powerfull blend for long term aging!
